it seems like nothing you do will ever stop it
you can feel it in your bones and all around you
you know one day your going to have to face it
but what do you do when that day has arrived

I see it all around me everyday
you read it in the news
you see it happen to your loved ones
you try and avoid it everyday
but slowly it creeps
it creeps in to you heart
and in to your vain's
inch by inch
your chest starts to hurt
or you cant catch your breath as fast as you use to
you start to loose the feeling in your fingers
soon your body becomes numb
and your emotions are going crazy because you know what is happening
and you know you cant stop it
so all you can do is wait
wait
wait
all the while waiting your soul is what goes first
